Project Task 

Cobalt is a well-known Nail & Spa in Central London. When we had our first meeting we discussed at length what the business needed & where we could take them. The first highlighted aspect was bringing in new customers instead of relying on existing customers to bring in revenue. Furthermore, creating a clear & effective sales funnel of the business. As an add on we developed a new website for Cobalt.

Project Solution

The solution for the business was through driving paid traffic to a sales funnel. The reason for choosing Treatwell as their sales funnel is the benefits which this platform brings to the business. The marketing strategy is to use social media (Facebook & Instagram) to drive paid traffic to Treatwell which potential customer can find a treatment & an appointment & final book within a few minutes. 

The targeting was within 1-2 miles of the location to people interested in the business. We installed a Facebook pixel to their new website to retarget potential customers. As the months processed the new edition to Treatwell & online advertising saw an increase of new customers. 

Regarding the website we decided that the website would operate & function better with a new & clean theme. We decided on the theme by both parties putting input to get the best results; that looks professional & but works as a sales funnel. This was completed the website within 3 weeks. It was decided the client wanted a Squarespace website so in the future they can make updates without a constant maintenance fee.
